FOREX-Yen briefly gains on China c.bank comments
TOKYO, Nov 16 (Reuters) - The yen rose against the dollar and the euro on Thursday after a top Chinese central bank official was quoted as saying the bank has been buying the Japanese currency for its $1 trillion in foreign exchange reserves.
